Lok Man Shung was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director on 16 June 2025. She is the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, and Nomination Committee.

Ms Lok holds a Bachelor of Laws from Multimedia University. She began her legal career with a boutique firm, Messrs Khoo Chye Beng & Associates. She then expanded her areas of practice to include conveyancing and corporate work when she joined Messrs May Chan Eiza & Co as a legal assistant and was subsequently promoted to partner there. Ms Lok later joined Messrs Y.C. Wong as a partner at their Butterworth branch to establish and manage its corporate and conveyancing department, a role she currently holds in the company.
