Wong Thai Sun was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director on 16 June 2025. He is the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.

He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Australia National University; he is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants and Certified Practicing Accountants, Australia.

Mr Wong has more than 35 years of experience in accountancy in Malaysia and overseas. He currently has his own public practicing firm known as Wong Thai Sun & Associates and is a partner at Ecovis Malaysia PLT.
